Shipping
Complimentary premium shipping on all US orders. Every piece is fully insured and ships with tracking. Made-to-order pieces allow 3–4 weeks for production before shipping. International orders ship at a flat rate of $30, or complimentary on orders over $350. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout or collected by your local carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
In-stock pieces may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Pieces must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with all packaging. Complimentary prepaid return labels are provided for US orders. Made-to-order catalog pieces are final sale; size exchanges are offered if the size is wrong. Custom commissions are made to order and are final sale.
Lifetime Warranty
Every piece is covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear, tarnish, and accidental damage are not covered. Contact Client Care to arrange inspection or service.
