Shipping

Complimentary premium shipping on all US orders. Every piece is fully insured and ships with tracking. International orders ship at a flat rate of $30, or complimentary on orders over $350. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout or collected by your local carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Pieces must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with all packaging. Complimentary prepaid return labels are provided for US orders. Custom commissions are made to order and are final sale.

Lifetime Warranty

Every piece is covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear, tarnish, and accidental damage are not covered. Contact Client Care to arrange inspection or service.
